Governed Memory Layer

Ledger-backed shared memory for agents, with a promotion pipeline that prevents uncertain private notes from directly corrupting canonical state.

Private notes promote through interpretation, resolution, validation, and projection before they can alter canonical shared state.

The important bit is the ambiguity boundary: unresolved lifecycle writes become pending memory events instead of guessed facts.

Proof: technical writeup, GitHub repo, and benchmark harness with trajectory families.
